What AEDs can I trade in?
We accept any AED that meets the following conditions:
- AEDs must be in working condition.
- Device model, serial number, and manufacture date must be intact and legible.
- For single-use AEDs, AED must be un-used and intact.
- Training/trainer AEDs are not eligible.
Who is responsible for the freight fees for the trade-in units?
- Defibrillators Australia will email you a return label. Drop the Defibrillator with the battery removed in a satchel or a box at an Australia Post outlet.
Once we receive you will get a $150 refund on your purchase.
